Managing challenging behaviours
It's hard to facilitate learning when challenging behaviours get in the way! They can be a result of a range of factors. It's complex and confronting. Whether it's aggressive behaviour or apathy, there are strategies you can use to develop a safe place to learn. Karen Dymke, who has had the experience over many years with this questions, will share ideas, insights and approaches for you to consider.
